Telecom Application Support Specialist Compensation:

$90,000•$95,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide call center application support to business unit supervisors Optimize applications and plan solution upgrades Create multi-platform reporting and trend analysis Develop system requirements and test solutions Monitor systems and respond proactively to alerts Create call flow scripts and diagram solutions Assist with general user support and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years in call center application support Strong Microsoft Excel and Visio skills Understanding of databases Familiarity with Microsoft Server and Linux Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Programming skills with any language Understanding of

XML/VXML

code Familiarity with IP networks
