This role is built for someone who loves the technical side of telecom deploying and managing VOIP systems, running client cutover projects, and troubleshooting the infrastructure that keeps businesses connected while also staying sharp on the fundamentals of hands-on IT support.

This is a hybrid role:

roughly 70% VOIP/telecom project management and technical work, and 30% Tier 2 IT support. You'll spend most of your time owning telecom projects end-to-end, with the remainder split between hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for our clients. We're a 100% Microsoft shop, so you'll be working across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments every day.
