This role is responsible for providing day-to-day onsite technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting end users with IT-related needs. Description We are seeking a reliable Technician with experience in MSP and/or school environments. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day onsite technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting end users with IT-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems while onsite Troubleshoot Windows devices, printers, and basic network issues Support and administer Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic security tasks Document issues and resolutions clearly
Qualifications:
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's in IT is a plus).
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking concepts. Experience in an MSP and/or educational environment preferred Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Office 365 Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests
Preferred Qualifications:
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals). Experience with remote support tools and systems. Application questions must be answered completely, do not put yes or n/a as a response.
