What you'll do You'll be the person clients call when things go wrong — and the reason everything goes right.

Day to day that means:

Resolving user issues remotely, by phone, and on-site Monitoring networks and catching problems before they become crises Documenting everything accurately through our ticketing system Managing relationships with clients and vendors who trust you Keeping Windows and Microsoft 365 environments running smoothly What you bring 2+ years in IT support or a similar hands-on role Solid experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 2019-2025, Microsoft Office 2019-2024, and Microsoft 365 The ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people — clearly and patiently A follow-through mentality: you don't drop the ball Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (some client travel required) Already know ConnectWise, MaaS360, Sage 300 CRE, or hold an A+ or Network+ cert? You'll move to the top of the list.
