Reporting to the Technology Success Manager, the individual will be instrumental in troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and facilitating the smooth integration of new users. We are looking for a proactive professional adept in using diagnostic and service management tools to address technical issues promptly. This position involves engaging with stakeholders through various channels such as in-person meetings, phone support, and electronic communications. The role includes system set-up, configuration, and regular maintenance of hardware and software. You will be expected to expertly handle a ticketing platform, manage hardware inventory, and support the use of the Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring optimal efficiency across SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Office applications. Assisting new users and managing access on platforms like Azure Entra will be part of your daily tasks. Qualified applicants will hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least five years of relevant experience. A deep understanding of Microsoft environments, networking principles, and various productivity applications is essential. Applicants must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, showcasing the ability to troubleshoot efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, a professional demeanor, and availability for occasional travel are required. Technical certifications and bilingualism in Spanish are advantageous.
