Job Description

Key Responsibilities On-Site Support:

Travel to client sites or branch offices to diagnose and fix hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

Hardware & Network Setup:

Install computers, printers, routers, switches, and run network cabling.

Maintenance & Updates:

Perform routine system patching, backups, and equipment upgrades.

Documentation & Ticketing:

Record troubleshooting steps and track service requests using IT ticketing software.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in Windows/macOS, basic TCP/IP networking, and hardware diagnostics.

Experience:

Typically 1 to 5 years of experience in desktop support or field services.

Soft Skills:

Strong customer service, independent problem-solving, and clear communication.

Requirements:

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and sometimes specific industry certifications (like CompTIA A+ or Network+
