The role combines desktop support, device administration, and shop-floor technology assistance in a fast-moving environment where reliability, responsiveness, and clear communication are essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver first-line onsite IT support for employees and operational teams, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues in office and production settings.
  • Set up, image, configure, and deploy Windows-based computers and related devices in alignment with established enterprise standards.

  • Perform routine user account support tasks within Active Directory and Entra, including access updates and password assistance.
  • Assist with employee onboarding by preparing equipment, transferring data, completing upgrades, and ensuring workstations are ready for use.
  • Guide end users on effective use of supported applications and equipment, helping improve adoption and reduce repeat issues.
  • Maintain endpoint security settings and support local efforts related to vulnerability response and cybersecurity incident follow-up.
  • Provide technical support for connected manufacturing and IoT devices, ensuring dependable setup, communication, and ongoing functionality.
  • Partner with infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support audits, equipment procurement, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives, including weekly travel between sites as needed.
