POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Infrastructure End User Specialist is responsible for leading the planning, deployment, support, and lifecycle management of enterprise end-user technologies, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and collaboration tools. This role serves as the primary technical resource for workspace infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing end-user IT services aligned with organizational standards. The specialist provides expertise across Microsoft technologies, networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and IT service management processes. Responsibilities include managing escalations, supporting infrastructure projects, collaborating with global IT teams and vendors, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring junior technicians. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, project coordination experience, and a customer-focused approach to maintaining operational excellence in a complex enterprise environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of end-user infrastructure including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and collaboration tools. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for workspace technologies, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud-integrated end-user solutions, and endpoint management. Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 environments, Microsoft 365 applications, OneDrive, Teams, and Teams Rooms systems. Support networking and security infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls. Ensure system availability through backup, disaster recovery, patch management, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities. Administer and support ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
