Field Services PC Technician I

Getronics is interviewing qualified Field Service Technicians for OEM Warranty PC hardware support services.

Provide on-time and high-quality service and repair of in-warranty OEM desktop / laptop / workstation devices, onsite at the client's location(s) Deliver exceptional service with a Customer-First focus Provide timely and accurate reporting using field service automation tools Coordinate with OEM and in-house support resources to perform at a high level for our Customers Which experience/skills we are looking for? Proven Field Service experience Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair and test PC and Laptop/Tablet devices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently, and as part of a Team Technical degree and/or hardware certifications Why Getronics?
