What We Are Looking For:

In this role, you'll be the go-to support resource for the technology that keeps production moving—everything from shop-floor devices like scanners, cameras, and production terminals to the underlying Windows and network connectivity that supports them. When something on the production floor isn't working, you'll step in quickly to troubleshoot, resolve, or coordinate the right technical support to restore operations. You'll work closely with plant users, engineers, and IT teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, and ensure clear communication when systems impact production. Your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and drive issues to resolution will be just as important as your technical skills. Because this role supports a live manufacturing environment, some work will take place during plant shutdowns, weekends, and occasional holidays , when maintenance and upgrades are performed to minimize production disruption. The primary schedule is Monday-Friday, but flexibility is important. You'll spend most of your time onsite at the plant (70-80%), with occasional work at the Greenville, SC location. We're looking for someone who is: Comfortable supporting hardware and software in an industrial or production environment Strong in troubleshooting Windows systems, devices, and basic network connectivity (IP-based environments) Skilled at working with people, resolving issues, and managing escalations professionally Solution-oriented and able to independently identify and drive fixes Familiar with ticketing tools such as Jira and basic Agile workflows This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to operations, solving real-time technical problems, and playing a key role in keeping manufacturing systems running reliably.
