Must Have Skills:
Proven experience in an IT support role with strong customer support focus Full understanding of Windows environment and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite CompTIA A+ Certification Ability to travel and pass a driving record review
Responsibilities and Job Details:
Provide desktop support including hardware configuration, upgrades, and deployments Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users Manage and respond to ServiceDesk tickets using ServiceNow Install, configure, and maintain standard desktop software packages Perform system imaging and PC deployments across the organization Monitor systems and ensure optimal workstation performance Collaborate with third-party vendors for maintenance and issue resolution Support business users with technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment Participate in after-hours or emergency support when required Travel to support additional office locations as needed Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities
