Job Description
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite deskside IT support for end users Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and desktop issues Support and maintain Windows desktops and laptops (macOS experience a plus) Install, configure, and deploy PCs, printers, monitors, and peripherals Perform imaging, workstation setup, and break/fix support Support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) Microsoft Intune management Manage Active Directory user accounts (password resets, permissions, group membership) Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) Utilize IT ticketing systems (Autotask) Document incidents, solutions, and procedures accurately Escalate advanced issues when necessary and track through resolution Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in desktop support, deskside support, or IT support Strong knowledge of: Windows operating systems Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Basic networking concepts (LAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP) Experience working with Active Directory Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing tools Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage workload independently in an onsite environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or enterprise environment Familiarity with Intune or endpoint management tools Previous MSP experience CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications Why Join Total Network Solutions Stable, structured IT environment Clear expectations and defined responsibilities Professional growth opportunities Support from experienced engineers when escalation is required Summary This role is ideal for a Help Desk Technician who enjoys solving problems onsite, working directly with users, and keeping systems running smoothly.
