$39,500•$52,000 per year (based on actual ability, not titles, degrees or certifications)

What This Job Actually Is This is a hands-on technical support role supporting real corporate users, real networks, and real infrastructure .

You will:

Support corporate desktop and laptop users Troubleshoot business networks Support and maintain guest Wi-Fi environments built on UniFi Assist with commercial camera systems (troubleshooting, maintenance, validation—not babysitting screens) Work directly in hotels, condos, offices, and commercial properties This is not a helpdesk script-reading role. This is not an entry-level "watch and learn" position. This is not a role for someone who needs constant supervision. You MUST Have Common sense (this matters more than certifications) The ability to listen before talking Clear, professional communication skills A strong work ethic and personal accountability The ability to figure things out Technical aptitude and curiosity The ability to work unsupervised Good character and reliability A clean driving record If you need to be told what to do every step of the way, this job is not for you. REQUIRED

Technical Experience (Not Optional) 2+ years supporting Windows desktops and laptops in a business environment Strong working knowledge of:

DNS DHCP

VPNs Ability to troubleshoot: Software issues Hardware failures Network connectivity problems Experience with: Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 Windows 10 and Windows 11 MacOS IOS Android Windows Domain administration: Active Directory Group Policy Comfort working in UniFi-based network environments Willingness to learn and support commercial camera systems
