  • IT Onsite Engineer As an IT Intern at Atlas Copco, you will embark on a transformative journey to kickstart your career in the dynamic field of information technology.
This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and driven to make a meaningful impact. The IT Intern will work closely with our experienced IT professionals, gaining hands-on experience across various facets of the IT landscape, including but not limited to:
Technical Support:
 Provide second-level support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in resolving technical problems.
System Administration:
 Gain exposure to system administration tasks, including user account management, system updates, and server maintenance.
Project Management:
 Participate in a comprehensive Project Management Training Program as part of your professional development.
Collaboration:
 Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on IT projects, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
Learning and Development:
 Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements. This position reports to the IT Manager.
Skills/Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the United States without company assistance. Possess strong written & verbal communication skills. Have excellent attention to detail, be well-organized and show initiative. Ability to work onsite in the Rock Hill office.
