Responsibilities:

Provide inbound and outbound technical support via phone and email Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network systems Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused technical assistance Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in ticketing systems Collaborate with internal team members to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems Ensure accurate tracking and follow-up of support requests to maintain service quality More Than Just a Paycheck.
