• Overview
• We are seeking a skilled Server Repair Technician to join our customer's team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong background in software and hardware troubleshooting, equipment repair, and technical support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with various computer systems and provide essential server support services.
• Minimum Requirements
• Six (6) months to one (1) year technical repair experience in a related field required.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year experience in debugging and testing of electro mechanical assemblies a plus.
• A Plus Certification a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Responsibilities
• Perform software troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on computer systems
• Conduct server repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software-related problems
• Analyze system issues and implement effective solutions
• Conduct field service visits to diagnose and repair computer systems
• Solder components and read schematics when necessary
• Skills
• Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to repair servers.
• Proficiency in computer hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers
• Ability to analyze technical problems and develop solutions
• Strong soldering skills for hardware repairs
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics
