Key Tasks Provide application support for D365 CE + FnO (and related Sales processes) Handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and support end users Perform simple configuration and customization, such as:

• Forms, views, fields
• Business rules and workflows
• Security roles and access management Participate in ongoing improvement initiatives and project activities Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to understand business needs Contribute to structured documentation and continuous improvement of processes You will be part of a growing IT capability and play a key role in ensuring stable and efficient system support.
