Build your future with a growing, family-owned team in Alvin, TX, where your work directly supports commercial, industrial, and oil and gas pre-engineered steel building projects. In this MBS Software Specialist / PEMB Project Coordinator opportunity, you'll be part of a five-person team and own an independent role spanning project setup, estimating, coordination, and production release. Qualifications and responsibilities for this MBS Software Specialist / PEMB Project Coordinator position include: 3-4 years of hands-on MBS and pre-engineered metal-building experience Not entry-level; strong, practical MBS proficiency required Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft tools Tekla, Revit, and other structural-steel software are pluses Experience supporting commercial, industrial, and oil and gas pre-engineered steel building projects Ability to manage project setup, estimating, coordination, and production release

Salary:

$80,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and MBS proficiency.
