We're looking for an IT Technician who's ready to jump into a dynamic role that blends analytical thinking, hands-on technical work, and user support. What You'll Do:
IT Technicians deliver Level 2 triage and onsite support for Systems, Network, and Telecom. Plan, install, and maintain personal computer systems —both new and existing. Collaborate with end users to assess hardware/software needs and deliver tailored solutions. Manage and maintain a spare parts inventory for desktops, laptops, and endpoint peripherals. Install and update hardware and software across the organization. IT Technicians train users on equipment and software to ensure confident, efficient use. Work on moderately complex applications and contribute to continuous tech improvement.
What You Bring:
A proactive mindset and a passion for technology. Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving real-world IT challenges. Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude. Experience in desktop support, hardware/software installation, and network fundamentals.
Requirements Education:
Associate's degree or technical degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent work experience A minimum of 2 years in an IT Technician or equivalent role Strong orientation toward end-user support, with experience in Windows software and hardware Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and Teams Working knowledge of: Microsoft Windows operating systems PC-based application software Printers, networking, and telecommunications Windows system hardware and peripherals Skilled in using remote support tools Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including component-level troubleshooting and repair Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional and personable demeanor when interacting with end users Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks promptly
