The ideal candidate will assist with routine software support tasks, document technical issues, coordinate service requests, and help ensure that software systems and business applications operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily software service and support activities. Respond to basic software questions and service requests. Help troubleshoot routine application and computer-related issues. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. Assist with software installations, updates, and configuration tasks. Support data management, document organization, and system maintenance. Coordinate with technical staff to resolve more complex issues. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Follow established procedures for service quality and information security. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus. Basic computer skills and familiarity with business software. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems. Willingness to learn new software applications and technologies.
