Cables, Fiber Termination Experience Description We are looking for an IT Support Contractor to provide on-site technical support and serve as an IT liaison within correctional medical clinics located in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work across multiple locations and prefer a dynamic work environment over a traditional desk job. Veterans transitioning from military service are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve local network and broadband connectivity issues. Perform cable installations for network, telephone, and video systems. Collaborate with vendors to implement and support new technologies within the facilities. Maintain and deploy system images in accordance with departmental standards. Assist staff with software and hardware functionality. Monitor and report on desktop, server, and network performance to technicians and management. Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting structures.
