Job Description

Onsite W2 Contract Desktop Support role for computer hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, hardware connectivity, operating systems and software applications for large Datacenter project located in Haskell, TX.
Company Information:
Been in business over 100 years Employs about 2000 nationally Must be able to commute to Haskell, TX daily Hourly rate depends on experience - $40-$50/hr Key Responsibilities Set up computers, perform troubleshooting, and be able to assist any users onsite that need general IT assistance. Coordinates with external vendors for major repairs, cleaning and warranty work on PC hardware and peripherals. Participates in activities to support the company's strategic planning efforts. Responsible for all hardware setup and troubleshooting including the bid rooms, user workstations, laptops, and conference rooms. Responsible for the safekeeping of all equipment. Minimum Job Requirements Requires 4+ years' technology experience related field. Associates Degree, A+, or MS certification Experience with Windows environments, Mobile devices, AD/Azure, GP, VPN, TCP/IP, general IT support Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs and Microsoft operating systems. Must have great communication skills Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder to be considered Physical Requirements May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/workday Will lift, push or pull objects up to 50lbs on an occasional basis. Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/workday. Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
