We are looking for an Onsite Technical Support Associate to be Kwant's day-to-day presence at a customer site in the Hubbard/Waco area. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working directly with customers, has strong troubleshooting instincts, and enjoys solving hands-on technology issues in the field. What You'll Do Serve as Kwant's primary onsite point of contact for the customer, providing responsive, professional day-to-day support. Communicate clearly with customer users, provide status updates, and explain technical issues in a simple, helpful way. Coordinate with Kwant engineering, operations, and field technicians when an issue requires escalation or specialized support. Maintain accurate records of devices, support requests, site activity, and completed work. Follow site safety rules and represent Kwant professionally at all times. Additional Project Support As site needs evolve, this role may also support equipment moves, device replacements, installations, decommissioning/recommissioning, and other onsite projects. The Technical Support Associate will help assess the need, coordinate with Kwant's engineering and field teams, and complete work that is appropriate to their training and experience. For larger, complex, or specialized projects, the Associate will work alongside or escalate to Kwant's field technicians and engineering team to ensure the work is completed safely and correctly.
