Duration:
6+ Months Contract Role summary Deliver end-user IT support and service-desk operations, administering cloud and SaaS identity, endpoints and access for a fully distributed workforce. Key responsibilities
  • Provide tier 1-2 support, endpoint management and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Administer SaaS and cloud identity/access (SSO, MFA) and IT asset management.
  • Build automation and scripts to streamline support and provisioning workflows.
  • Service Desk lead track: manage queue, SLAs, ticketing operations and a small support team. Skills
  • AWS / cloud admin
  • Scripting (Python)
  • SQL (basic)
  • Familiarity with cloud/SaaS administration (incl. AWS), scripting for automation (Python/PowerShell), and basic SQL for reporting and ticket analytics.
  • ITSM tooling (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
  • MDM/endpoint tools (Jamf, Intune).
  • Identity platforms (Okta, Google Workspace).
