In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling digital and visual designs, creating engaging marketing materials and presentations, supporting branding and social media initiatives, and assisting with user experiences that strengthen the company's image and communication efforts. In addition, you will provide essential IT support to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the company's digital infrastructure and technology systems. Responsibilities Develop captivating digital designs, including logos, motion graphics, marketing materials, flyers, advertisements, and visual content for various digital and print platforms Create engaging graphics and content for social media campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional materials Assist with content creation, branding consistency, and management of social media platforms Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) and improve user experience (UX) through wireframing, usability testing, and user research Implement responsive web design principles using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular and React to create engaging websites and applications Maintain, update, and troubleshoot websites using content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint Perform basic website updates, digital content edits, and support web accessibility and usability standards Support IT infrastructure by diagnosing hardware and software issues, assisting with office technology setups, and providing general technical support when needed Monitor and optimize website performance through analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and SEO strategies Collaborate with marketing, management, and cross-functional teams to develop creative campaigns, motion graphics, and digital marketing content Produce and support email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Mailchimp or similar software Utilize data analysis and analytics insights to improve digital performance, accessibility, usability, and overall user engagement Assist with office technology, computer setups, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational support tasks Work collaboratively with the marketing and management team on special projects and company initiatives Skills Skills & Requirements Graphic design experience preferred with strong knowledge of visual design principles, typography, layout design, branding, and content creation Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Dreamweaver; experience with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq is a plus Experience with motion graphics, digital marketing materials, social media graphics, and visual content creation preferred Knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing channels Understanding of UI/UX design principles, interaction design, usability testing, information architecture, and responsive web design techniques Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, and front-end frameworks including Angular or React preferred Familiarity with SQL/MySQL databases, version control systems such as Git, and website maintenance practices Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal; familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO strategies, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics preferred Basic IT support and computer troubleshooting knowledge preferred, including hardware/software troubleshooting and basic network configuration support Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think creatively and technically in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organization, teamwork, and time-management skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, management, and cross-functional teams Ability to work in-office/on-site and assist with day-to-day operational and technology support needs We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace where creativity and technology come together.
