Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral suppor tTroubleshoot hardware, software, network, and operating system issue sSupport Windows and Unix/Linux environments, including virtualized infrastructur eManage incidents, problems, and change requests following established IT processe sDocument systems, troubleshooting procedures, and technical solution sSupport user onboarding, device deployments, and asset managemen tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processe sProvide day-to-day IT support within a manufacturing or production environmen t
Requirements :
1-3+ years of Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support experienc eExperience supporting production, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment sUnderstanding of day-to-day operations within manufacturing facilitie sExperience with Incident, Problem, and Change Control Management (IPCC )Working knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux operating system sExposure to virtual environments such as Azure, Hypervisors, or VMwar eStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skill sExperience with ticketing systems and end-user suppor tAbility to create technical documentation and technical procedure sStrong technical writing skills, including documenting systems and solution sDependable and accountabl eProfessional attitude and strong work ethi cExcellent verbal and written communication skill sStrong customer service mindse tAbility to work independently and within a tea m Preferre d:
