The position requires the use of a company vehicle for travel within the area, ensuring that support is readily available when needed. Candidates will work in a collaborative environment, addressing technical issues and contributing to the stability of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tier two technical support for users at a primary site and across multiple regions, ensuring efficient resolution of issues. Utilize Active Directory for user management, security, and compliance, contributing to a secure IT environment. Leverage Microsoft Intune to manage devices and maintain operational efficiency, addressing any challenges that arise. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes, enhancing overall service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated oil and gas experience, with a focus on technical support roles. Proven tier two support experience, effectively managing user issues and escalations. Experience with Active Directory, managing user accounts and permissions in a corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for device management and troubleshooting.
