Job Description

Kim's Convenience Stores is a rapidly growing convenience store chain and we are searching for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated candidates to join our team! We are looking for technically skilled candidates for the position of IT Assistant.

Paid Vacation Schedule:
Monday - Friday / 8-hour shiftOn call - weekends / holidays (rotating)
IT Assistant Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring hardware and software components on locationTroubleshooting and installing Printer/Copier/Scanner machine, hardware and software issues, point of sale systems, digital menu boards, online platformsProviding technical support for end users in Office 365 and other softwareInstalling / Re-installing / Troubleshooting / Upgrading of Hardware/SoftwareWork on rack and non-rack mounted equipment. (Audio, Camera, & Networking)Installing and upgrading various software as neededProvide support to users through Help Desk Ticketing, Phone, and Remote DesktopEstablishing good relationships with all departments and colleaguesManage and update technical and procedural documentation as well as trouble ticketsPerforming duties as assigned by Manager/ Supervisor
