Job Description

Temporary Administrative Staff - LMS Systems Integration Project We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Staff member to support a Learning Management System (LMS) integration project. This role will assist with project coordination, data entry, documentation, testing support, and communication between HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support LMS and HRIS data validation, cleanup, and migration activities Assist with project documentation, tracking logs, and meeting coordination Help monitor project timelines, tasks, and follow-ups Provide administrative support for system testing and user acceptance activities Coordinate communications and maintain organized project records Assist with reporting and basic troubleshooting documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduate in HRIS, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field Interest in HR technology, systems integration, or software implementation projects Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality This is an excellent opportunity for a student seeking hands-on experience with enterprise systems, HR technology, and project coordination.
