Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support and technical assistance for patients and employees Troubleshoot computers, printers, tablets, cellular devices, and Bluetooth health devices Support patient-facing technology including patient portals, mobile applications, and remote monitoring tools Assist users with email and software-related issues Document, track, and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner Install, update, and maintain software and supported applications Assist with device updates, patches, and system maintenance Maintain technology asset inventory and reporting Support ongoing technology initiatives and other IT-related duties as assigned
What You Bring:
Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of basic computer hardware, software, and operating systems Understanding of security best practices, including updates and antivirus management Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously Ability to learn and utilize ticket-based help desk systems Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred:
A+ or Network+ Certification Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices Healthcare industry experience Ready to Make a Difference?
