We are currently seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance of our IT infrastructure and systems, directly supporting our mission to deliver top-quality products.
Job Overview:
As an IT Technician you will be responsible for imaging, installation, modification and repair of computer hardware and software, as well as, making sure all systems, servers, software etc. are running smoothly. The IT Technician will respond to email messages and provide technical assistance when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues including hardware, software, network, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, file servers, ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems. Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues, replace defective components when necessary. Assist in implementing IT projects and new technology rollouts. Perform regular maintenance and monitoring to ensure network availability to all system users. Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data in accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Prepare and maintain documentation of network configurations and cabling layouts. Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment. Assist in the organization and inventory management of all hardware and software resources. Maintain confidentiality about the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.

Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in an IT support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic network protocols, and hardware components. Good knowledge of Office 365 environment and applications. Experience with industrial IT environments, including the setup and maintenance of industrial/manufacturing software applications is highly advantageous. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical staff. Be able to follow instructions from corporate IT office. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or Cisco Certified Network Associate are preferred.
