Richardson, Dallas, Texas Salary:

$55,000 to $70,000 +

Dallas, Texas (Opportunity to work 1 day per week from home) Experience working for an IT Provider / MSP is very beneficial. We're hiring on behalf of a growing IT services provider based in Dallas, serving a wide range of SMB clients. They're looking for a level 1 / level 2 Engineer to provide external support to customers and troubleshoot incoming issues to the point of resolution or escalation. This is the opportunity to join a fast paced MSP where you can be guided and moulded in to a great MSP engineer.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide remote support for end users with the opportunity to go onsite Troubleshoot O365, Windows Server, Active Directory Experience with OneDrive, Point, Exchange Online, Intune Networking troubleshooting Printer, desktop, troubleshooting

Experience Required:

1+ years of IT support experience (MSP) Hands-on experience and knowledge with Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory Exposure to Microsoft cloud products, M365, Teams, Point etc. Strong troubleshooting instincts + a proactive, growth-driven mindset Why Join? 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision
