Job Description:
Role:
Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems Participate in project rollouts and deployments Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Requirements:
2+ years of IT experience (or equivalent) Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed This role is a Salary Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $50,000 - $58,000
