Provide technical support for all systems, hardware, software, and end-users. Ensure operational efficiency, safeguard data, and drive technology advancements aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities
Administer:
Administer procurement of IT equipment/software and oversee inventory.Development:
Develop contingency plans for hardware replacement and workforce expansion.Development:
Create and deliver user training materials; keep staff current with technology.PQ Manager:
Install, train, and support TACT controllers.Technology:
Support all items that are technology related to operations.Technology:
Manage IT projects, weekly reporting, and technology initiatives.Technology:
Support and maintain servers, networks, telecommunications, and security systems.Technology:
Apply virus, spam, and security measures to protect proprietary property.Technology:
Maintain strong working knowledge of hardware and infrastructure.Management:
Ensure CT-PAT compliance, perform auditing, administer Sage ERP and MOST.Reporting:
Report on IT issues, security incidents, and failures to the CFO.Service:
Provide technical support for trade shows and special events. Work Values and Abilities- Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, etc.

CT-PAT Requirements & General InformationHours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weekends when needed- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- 5 years of experience
- Ability to pass a background and drug test
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
- Travel as needed, requested or required
- Pay range: $28.00 - $34.00 based on experience
- Support other departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
