Provide technical support for all systems, hardware, software, and end-users. Ensure operational efficiency, safeguard data, and drive technology advancements aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities

Administer:

Administer procurement of IT equipment/software and oversee inventory.

Development:

Develop contingency plans for hardware replacement and workforce expansion.

Development:

Create and deliver user training materials; keep staff current with technology.

PQ Manager:

Install, train, and support TACT controllers.

Technology:

Support all items that are technology related to operations.

Technology:

Manage IT projects, weekly reporting, and technology initiatives.

Technology:

Support and maintain servers, networks, telecommunications, and security systems.

Technology:

Apply virus, spam, and security measures to protect proprietary property.

Technology:

Maintain strong working knowledge of hardware and infrastructure.

Management:

Ensure CT-PAT compliance, perform auditing, administer Sage ERP and MOST.

Reporting:

Report on IT issues, security incidents, and failures to the CFO.

Service:

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weekends when needed

• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• 5 years of experience
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
• Travel as needed, requested or required
• Pay range: $28.00 - $34.00 based on experience
• Support other departments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
