$21/hr. Position Overview GTS Technology is seeking an IT Technician for a short-term assignment lasting approximately 2-3 months . This role will provide technical support to end users, assist with troubleshooting, and resolve IT-related issues. The technician will be responsible for managing and closing help desk tickets, as well as offering in-person support as needed. This is a full-time contract position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) with an hourly rate of $21/hr . Key Responsibilities Provide first-level support for Android tablet support Deliver in-person technical support for end users, including troubleshooting and equipment setup. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and ticket resolutions. Assist with basic IT projects and other duties as assigned. Must pass a satisfactory standard criminal background check upon hire Qualifications 1-2 years of Android Tablet Support Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common troubleshooting tools. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable and detail-oriented with a focus on closing tickets efficiently.
