Job Description:
Taurean Consulting Group is a 100% Woman-Owned IT Staffing and Project Solutions company built on deep relationships. With over 25 years of experience in Technology Staffing, we match candidates to the culture of an organization as well as required skill sets. Our client is looking for a Help Desk - Level I. This role is a contract on-site opportunity.
Successful candidate should enjoy:
Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access. Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software. Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. Gaining feedback from customers to improve training methods. Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems. Must demonstrate customer service and communication skills.
Your previous experience includes:
Experience with Jira. Working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. Help Desk Experience. Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
$22-$24 p/h Where you land in the salary range depends on how well your background and experience meet the requirements outlined in the job posting.
