Job Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 1 for a contract opportunity in Ogden, UT.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year additional education and/or related aerospace experience.
  • Ability to work in MS 365, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Experience in SAP S4 Goods Issuing and Goods Receiving
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with customers and suppliers
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking for a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
  • Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process.
  • Provides administrative, technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas, primarily Engineering Property System, Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Operations.
  • These employees are primarily responsible for the manual receiving, storage, movement or shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment.
  • Will perform a combination of manual and clerical duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, company vehicles, as well as computers and various application to process and maintain data.
  • Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations.
  • Pull and assemble kits in accordance with schedules and deliver to shop floor.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
(DESIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):
  • Advance experience in SAP S4 Goods Issue and Good Receiving transactions
  • Must know how to read Stores Pick Tickets
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED is required. School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS
Full-Time 9/80 workweek. 1st shift.
