Type:

full-time Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Help Desk Representative in South Jordan, UT .

Pay Rate Range:

$21-$25/hour W2, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications. Handle incoming calls related to customer inquiries and account support. Deliver accurate and efficient service while meeting performance metrics and service-level agreements. Provide a positive customer experience by effectively resolving technical issues. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions. Follow established procedures and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams as needed.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service; internships may be considered. Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly for recent graduates. Previous contact center or help desk experience is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively communicate solutions to users. Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills. Ability to meet established performance metrics and service-level requirements. Contract duration of 6-12 months with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and position availability.
