We're looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for day-to-day technical issues. This role starts at Level 1 with a defined growth path: we'll train you in-house on our systems, compliance environment, and infrastructure so you can grow into a Level 2 role over time. It's a great fit for someone early in their IT career who wants to build real depth in a supportive, hands-on environment. Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position is not open to foreign nationals or non-US citizens. What you'll do (Level 1): Provide first-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, peripherals, and user accounts Manage user accounts, permissions, and access under direction of senior IT staff Perform routine updates, patches, and backups Log and track issues, and maintain basic documentation and troubleshooting guides Properly handle and protect ITAR, EAR, and CUI documents per company policy Lift up to 40 lbs and perform related physical tasks (bending, standing, repetitive motion) Pass a background investigation for access to federal facilities (SECRET clearance a plus, not required) Where you'll grow (Level 2, with our training): Deeper server and network administration (Windows Server, switches, firewalls, VPNs) Supporting our CMMC, DFARS, and
