IS HIRING DESKSIDE SUPPORT/PC TECHNICIAN, CULPEPER, VA

• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating up to 10/11/systems including how to install the latest OS patches
• Extensive knowledge of MAC's operating systems including how to install the latest OS patches
• Knowledge of multiple antivirus solutions
• Able to adequately describe two-factor authentication
• Able to adequately explain how Virtual Private Network (VPN) works
• Knowledge on viruses and malware and how to clean an infected computer properly
• Programming experience preferred
• Basic pc repair knowledge
• Red Hat/Centos or Linux experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to train team members on NAC troubleshooting techniques and additional IT Security initiatives such as

DropBox Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Communications or related field 2 years of relevant technical experience
