It Support Engineer

It Support Engineer TEKsystems $40.00 - $45.00 / hr life insurance, sick time, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Virginia, port s May 14, 2026 Our customer recently acquired a medical equipment/clothing manufacturer and has locations in VA and PA. This position is for their facilities in Virginia. This position is a full time on-site position at their port s VA location. They will be the only IT support individual at this smaller two building site. The IT Support Engineer will use knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, and internally developed software. You will be tasked with not only providing technical support to users, but also helping with projects such as equipment refreshes and new application rollouts. You will also assist in the development and maintenance of our internally developed software, using your insights from support to improve our applications. You will collaborate with other members of the IT team, including software developers, to provide and receive guidance as well as third-party vendors as needed.
