IT Help Desk Support

Description

• Maintain & advocate for existing client relationships
• Provide customer service, troubleshooting for utility scale, renewable power generation systems
• Effectively manage client expectations
• Maintain documentation for all activities related to client questions and resolutions
• Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email
• Work with other technical teams to resolve client issues and requests Skills customer service call center, client relation skills, technical skills Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience working in customer service, preferably in a call center or help desk environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint (or other CRM)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• A desire to learn and grow professionally and personally
• Knowledge of IT & troubleshooting fundamentals a plus
• Knowledge of networking principles such as the OSI model, common protocols, and their interactions a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
