Job Description

IT Support Specialist (Property Management Environment) Norfolk, VA $60,000-$70,000 or more depending on experience 100% Onsite | Monday-Friday About the Opportunity We're partnering with a growing real estate organization specializing commercial properties. As their portfolio expands, they're adding an IT Support Specialist to support corporate staff and on-site property teams across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the pace of property operations and can execute with structure and consistency. Key Responsibilities Set up and configure new employee computers, accounts, and software Manage Microsoft 365 access and SharePoint permissions Maintain users in Yardi Voyager (permissions, property assignments, resets) Support printers, scanners, phones, and office hardware Assist with TeamViewer setup and remote access Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support onboarding and offboarding IT processes Assist with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points under direction Provide occasional on-site support at apartment communities Help maintain documentation of equipment and network configurations What They're Looking For Associate degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience 1+ years of IT support experience Experience in a multi-site or property management environment preferred Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Yardi Voyager experience strongly preferred Basic networking knowledge Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills What's in It for You $60,000-$70,000 or more depending on experience PTO and paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Professional development support If you've supported leasing offices or property teams before and want broader exposure to infrastructure and systems, this is a strong next step. #
