We have a client in Westlake that is seeking an onsite IT Support Specialist for a part-time role in their Westlake office. You will work 3 days a week onsite, flexible with days but

$30 - $35/HOURCore ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 IT support with some exposure to light Tier 2 issuesActively manage and respond to ticket queue via ServiceNowTroubleshoot macOS issues (mac-heavy environment)Handle break/fix support across hardware and softwareSupport conference rooms and AV setups, including:

Google MeetLogitech conference room hardwareSome exposure to ZoomProvide support across:

Google WorkspaceOkta (SSO / access issues)iOS devicesGeneral SaaS applications
