Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead IT/OT Engineer to serve as the senior technical resource responsible for the design, administration, security, and support of enterprise technology systems. This position provides technical leadership, drives infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, manages projects, and serves as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and technical project leadership within a complex technology environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and operational technology environments. Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced infrastructure, network, systems, and cybersecurity issues. Manage and support server, network, cloud, and endpoint technologies. Plan and execute technology projects from inception through completion. Identify, prioritize, and remediate infrastructure risks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver technology services and projects. Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, standards, and support materials. Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity initiatives. Monitor and maintain cybersecurity tools, controls, and compliance requirements. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to IT team members and end users. Track and resolve issues through a ticketing and service management platform. Participate in after-hours support and emergency response activities when necessary. Technical Environment Candidates should have experience supporting and administering technologies such as: VMware vSphere or similar virtualization platforms Microsoft Windows Server environments Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online Enterprise
