A top Fortune 50 financial institution is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 100% onsite role in Vienna, VA; Winchester, VA; or Pensacola, FL. The position involves providing technical support to end users to ensure efficient resolution of issues. About the

6am-2:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 10am-6:30pm (CDT)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Setting:
Corporate / financial services environment
Responsibilities:
The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for: Providing Tier 1-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner Managing and resolving tickets through a ticketing system (ServiceNow) Supporting user account management and access via Active Directory Assisting with desktop imaging and deployment using
MDT/LTI/ZTI
Qualifications:
2+ years of desktop support or help desk experience Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Experience with Windows 10 environments Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user administration Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365 suite Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation with patience and professionalism Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desired Skills:
A+ Certification or Windows 10 Certification Exposure to SCCM (entry-level knowledge) Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI) Awareness of security protocols within financial services environments
