What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in cell phone and computer repairs (preferred) Strong technical understanding of portable electronic devices Ability to diagnose issues and perform quality repairs Excellent communication and customer service skills A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines Willingness to learn, grow, and think independently Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
