You'll serve as a trusted point of contact - providing prompt, supportive, and effective assistance that enables our School community to maximise the value of a wide range of ICT tools, systems, and applications. From resolving day-to-day technical issues to supporting students, staff, and the wider School community in navigating digital resources, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless learning and operations. Beyond routine support, you'll also contribute to forward-thinking ICT initiatives that help shape the School's digital future—making this a role where your creativity, problem-solving ability, and passion for technology can truly make an impact. Responsibilities and Duties Completed a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent. Have a minmum of two years demonstrated previous experience in a similar role. Have an understanding of and experience working Microsoft 365, Windows devices and iPads. Possess technical diligence to navigate Wi-Fi connectivity, printing and general hardware support. Have experience supporting Audio/Visual solutions within classroom, performance and/or event spaces. Demonstrate ability to follow procedures and document and maintain records in an accurate, logical, and accessible manner. Provide exceptional service and support experiences to both internal and external stakeholders. Have high level communication skills. Be able to work independently but also as part of a dynamic, creative, and collaborative team. Be willing to be involved in all aspects of the School's program.
