ITAZON TECH

is a global IT service provider based in Modena, Italy and we provide IT services to our clients all across Europe & USA. We are looking for experienced IT Support Engineers (L1) for a one year project at our client's site for only two required days visits.

Wythevilee, Verginia Contract Duration:

1 Year +

Possible Extension Engineers Required:

1-2 Engineers per

Site Working Days:

Every Tuesday & Thursday (Full Day)

Language Requirement:

Fluent English Scope of Work Desktop Support - Level 1 Face-to-Face Customer Support Server Room Physical Installation & Hands-on Support Required Skills PC & Laptop Installation Active Directory Administration Hardware & Software Installation Experience with ITSM/Ticketing Tools IT Asset Management

LAN / WAN

/ Wi-Fi Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 &

Outlook Support Network Printer Troubleshooting VIP User Support Rack & Stack Activities Remote Hands Support Basic Structured Cabling Knowledge Note:

This role also requires some on-demand (dispatch) visits for other days depending upon client's requirement.

Pay:

$150.00 - $200.00 per day
