Enterprise Support Specialist I Administrative Office - Barre, VT 05641 Apply Overview Salary Range $26.86 - $27.95 Hourly Job Shift Day Category Information Technology Apply Description Enterprise Support Specialist I This role is an integral to the IT team providing software, network computer and printer support, training and troubleshooting. It assists employees with Enterprise Applications, including, but not limited to, the Electronic Medical Records System, Windows, and MS application as in MS Office. Summer of Duties
- Manage helpdesk ticket queue for EMR and IT issues.
- Create documentation to be used by internal IT staff and end users.
- Acts as technology support to agency end users via phone, video and in person scenarios for computers and phones.
- User access management; creating and managing user accounts.
- Trains users in startup, basic and advanced use of software programs including EMR databases and Microsoft Office.
- Assists in evaluation and testing of software and planning for future needs.
- Performs other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the agency.
- Associate's degree in computer science or college level coursework which includes fifteen computer science credits and one year of IT Support experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and passionate about assisting and effectively establishing and maintaining working relationships.
- Strong communication, training, organization, time management and troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users, orally and in writing.
- Sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions.
- Ability to independently perform all the duties of the position efficiently and effectively.
